Mark is a director and vice chair of Arrow Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: AROW) and vice chair of the Board of Trustees of The Hyde Collection. He serves on the boards of the Glens Falls Foundation, the E. Leo Spain Foundation and Kelly’s Angels. He has served as a director or trustee of Albany Medical Center, Glens Falls Hospital, the Economic Development Corp. of Warren County, Crandall Public Library, the Chapman Historical Museum, St. Mary’s-St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic School, and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a recipient of Crandall Public Library’s Henry Crandall Award and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce’s J. Walter Juckett Award for community service.
