Bobbie Wood Wages – Bobbie is the oldest daughter of Margaret and Charles Wood.
She is a Founding Member of the Charles R. Wood Foundation and has served as its President since 2005.
After graduation from the Cornell Hotel School, Bobbie spent her career in the hospitality and theme park business, serving in financial management positions at resorts in Florida and the Caribbean before joining her Father in 1978 to assist with his resort and theme park businesses in upstate New York. In 1997 she and her husband, Tom, moved to Connecticut to manage Lake Compounce Theme Park.
Bobbie has served numerous organizations including as President of the New York Parks and Attractions Association, Treasurer of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and as Co-Executive Director of the IAAPA Foundation.
Bobbie is the Mother of five children and enjoys her six grandchildren. Bobbie and Tom share their time between Amelia Island, Florida and Sapphire, North Carolina.
